Ok so honest review Episode 1 of Yokai Apartment So for a first episode it's been very generic, it used almost every first episode cliche, and to top it off it also has some pretty predictable dialogue. Although in saying that, it wasn't terrible it was watchable kinda cringe but watchable. I really like the school part more than the apartment part, hopefully they can blend them well. Character have been mediocre so far, my favorite so far has been, either Hase or Isshiki-san both are very nicely done characters but I really love Isshiki's personality and the mysterious air he has. Other than that I guess I'll have to watch more to decide if it's good or not but for now my rating for this episode is going to be 6/10 because it is better than alot of some basic anime, but it was very anticlimactic, accompanied by being very generic, hopefully it gets better, because it does seem to have an abundance of potential.
